You can access the improvements resulting from the Trešais tēva dēls project at any of Latvia’s 874 municipal public libraries. Now, in your library, you can, at no cost:

Use new computers loaded with state-of-the-art software

Use broadband wireless internet for free, using the library’s computers

Use broadband wireless internet for free, using your own laptop which will work inside the library and in its immediate vicinity, within a range of around 100 metres

Use the opportunity to put questions, both in relation to using computer equipment and to other issues, to your librarian who undertook a 140-hour, extensive training programme on the latest technologies, the use of electronic signatures and other contemporary topics just this spring
